What is a playbook?

It's a repeatable job written down, with the steps, the questions to ask and what good looks like. The person who does that job at your firm runs it and reviews the result.

Do we need to know what we want before the call?

You can bring a rough idea or none at all, because the playbooks page, the survey and an AI strategist will help you narrow it down.

What does the AI strategist do?

Through onboarding, your named AI strategist helps you settle the shortlist and tunes your first playbooks. After go-live, a named account manager runs regular reviews with you.

Can we add playbooks later?

Yes. If you'd like another playbook tuned to your firm, we can set that up.

Can we see it work before we sign?

Yes. Pick an example from your own work, and we'll show you what a playbook does with it before you sign an order. The Scorecard is free as well, and it needs no login.
